ONMI web3 AR game
Development of 3D content and promotional media assets for the AR game ONMI.
Designed conceptual 3D outfits and fashion looks for interactive UI wardrobe features, created and rigged NPC characters for AR mode, and produced animated promo videos, in-game banners, and UI graphics.
Pipeline & Toolset
/Concept & Pre-Production (Photoshop, AI)
Moodboards, visual references for outfits, and UI/NPC concepts.
/Digital Fashion (Marvelous Designer)
Garment pattern design and precise cloth physics simulation for streetwear and layered outfits.
/3D & Optimization (Blender)
High-to-Low poly modeling, retopology, baking, and clean UV unwrapping optimized for AR & Mobile.
/Texturing & PBR (Substance 3D Painter)
Map baking and PBR material authoring for garments, skin, and UI assets.
/Rigging & Animation (Blender, Maya)
Character skeleton setup, skinning, and keyframe loop animations (idle, NPC actions).
/Engine & Render (Unreal Engine 5, Blender)
Real-time PBR shader setup, lighting, and cinematic sequencing for AR showcase.
/Motion & VFX (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
UI animation, compositing, color grading, and final promo video production.
3D Character Renders & Styling
Final High-Res renders showcasing individual NPC designs, custom digital fashion outfits,
and overall visual identity created for the ONMI ecosystem.

Renders of NPC for Social media

NPC Character Animation & Motion
Keyframe and rig-driven motion showcase. Developed idle loops, interactive behaviors, and organic cloth dynamics tailored for real-time presentation.
In-App & AR Experience
Integration demonstration of NPCs within the mobile UI and Augmented Reality environment, highlighting asset optimization, real-time shaders, and interactive wardrobe functionality.
Technical Breakdown & Pipeline
Behind-the-scenes production process: screen capture of low-poly optimization, topology, clean UV unwrapping, and real-time engine setup in Blender and Unity.
Digital Fashion & Garment Simulation
Pattern creation, layering, and high-fidelity cloth physics setup built in Marvelous Designer before retopology and baking.

Textures and UV example
UBER shader was used for the characters in Unity, and the UVs are unfolded on a single map.
